Payment Options For Non-Matriculated Students

Please note: Payment is due as soon as you complete the registration process.

Option 1:
Pay online
via UR ePay
Log in to learn.rochester.edu. From the menu on the left, select UR ePAY, then select Make Payment.

Payment Amount: After a successful registration, you will be provided with a tuition amount. Enter this amount on the UR ePAY page. Note: you will not see the tuition amount displayed online.

Payment Method: Select eCheck (electronic check). There is no fee for electronic check payments.
Option 2:
Pay in person
Pay in person at the Bursar's Office, 330 Meliora Hall. Payment must be in the form of cash or check. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except Wednesdays when the office opens at 9:30 a.m.
Option 3:
Pay via
tuition benefit
UR employees eligible for tuition benefit should submit a tuition benefit application to Human Resources as soon as possible: www.rochester.edu/working/hr/benefits/tuition. If your benefit is less than 100%, you will be billed for the balance.
Option 4:
Pay by check
via mail
Send a check, payable to University of Rochester, to the following address:

Please include the student name and ID number on the check.
